Ebbsfleet Development Corporation is seeking an ambitious and skilled leader to drive the delivery of the transformative Ebbsfleet Central programme. We are leading one of the most exciting and pioneering regeneration projects in recent decades – the first garden city in 100 years on the Kent Thames riverside.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to contribute to one of the largest regeneration schemes across the UK that’s truly equipped for modern living – improving the lives of residents and local communities through thoughtful and innovative design, planning and construction. Your expertise will guide the delivery of critical infrastructure, masterplanning, and planning applications, as well as strategic legal and commercial negotiations with partners, including developers, transport stakeholders, and government agencies.

Procurements & Contracts Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Procurement and Contracts Manager. In this role you will be responsible for advising and supporting procurement and contract management processes whilst ensuring internal stakeholders are aware of procurement processes and comply with internal policies and regulation. The role will also advise the Chief Executive and Directors on relevant legal and regulatory requirements relating to public procurement and contract management, including government functional standards and ensuring policies reflect these and best practice.
To be considered for the role you will need to have previous experience in a senior role within procurement and have full membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS). You will need to have experience and hands on knowledge of Public Sector Procurement regulations and also have contract management experience. Some experience in construction procurement as well as knowledge of JCT and NEC 3/4 would be an advantage.
