Ebbsfleet Development Corporation have appointed development management and project management specialists M3 Consulting to deliver vital infrastructure in the first stage of development towards creating the ‘heart’ of Ebbsfleet.
Independent development management and project management experts M3 Consulting have been appointed to coordinate delivery of the major package of infrastructure works required to enable future developers to build up to 4.5 million square feet of homes, workspace, shops and public buildings that form the vision of Ebbsfleet Central, the urban heart of Ebbsfleet.
The Development Manager role will see M3 providing strategic development advice, project and construction management, along with site disposal advice.
EDC is acting as a strategic master developer for Ebbsfleet Central, with M3 working collaboratively alongside existing consultants to drive forward the delivery of Phase 1 of the scheme, with the Outline Planning Application submitted September 2022. A decision on the application is due early 2023.

Due to the complex nature of the project, we chose to undertake a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) process in line with Public Contracts Regulations. This ensured EDC were given the opportunity to meet with Bidders during the tender process to transparently fine tune our requirements in line with market feedback.
