Ebbsfleet Development Corporation are delighted to have won the Judges’ Choice Team Award at the Government Property Awards 2023, for work leading on the regeneration of brownfield land in Ebbsfleet.
The award noted the team’s work to date, facilitating the delivery of c.3,500 well designed, sustainable homes, the creation of an ambitious programme of social infrastructure, an innovative and comprehensive approach to cultural placemaking and our education outreach programme to over 1,500 students in the local area this past year alone.
The Government Property Awards, now in its 4th year, comprises developments and programmes from across the public sector. Categories cover collaboration, capability, sustainability and the coveted ‘Project of the Year’ award, among others. Applications for these prestigious awards come from every area of Government, and cover almost every area of the property profession and public service.
