Following pre-application engagement with Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and community groups, proposals for the Major Urban Park (MUP) are at an exciting stage, with Henley Camland and partners now seeking thoughts from local residents as to what you would like to see in the park.
The MUP project team will be in attendance at Fusion Festival on Saturday 8 July, held at Platinum Jubilee Park, from 12pm until 5pm for you to come along, share your views, and ask any questions you may have on the proposals.
They will also be hosting a co-design workshop, from 12pm-6pm, Monday 10 July at Castle Hill Community Centre. The design and applicant team will set up a forum for residents and the local community to provide feedback on design options and workshop proposals with the team to ensure their views, needs and aspirations are met. There will also be some fun activities for the children to get involved in!
For those that are unable to attend the events on 8 and 10 July, there will also be a webinar, which will be hosted via Zoom and will incorporate a live Q&A. The session will be recorded and hosted on the website for people to refer back to, as well as accompanied with an FAQs which will outline how community feedback is being considered.
